Coming from my personal experience, yes, it can help. Way back 4 years ago, during the COVID-19 lockdowns, my sister and I were getting fat with the inactivity that COVID brought. Then we researched any fast, easy, and effective fitness guides we could find. That search turned up Chloe Ting, a fitness influencer from Australia. We followed her workout plans, and they actually worked. After a few months, we managed to stay fit. I can say that fitness websites work, and they can guide you in your health journey.
Since my sister was a med-student back then, she said only
to follow the work out itself, but not the food supplements or the things they
are selling. Those might need to be approved by the FDA first, so we didn’t
