How Constant Social Media Keeps My Mind Focused and Productive

Activity 5.1 How Constant Social Media Keeps My Mind Focused and Productive This is actually difficult for me to answer. I don’t really have much in limiting my social media use, because it’s just on 24/7, whether it is podcasts, music, or random videos, it always plays in the background, the only time I turn off my social media. Is when I’m in school, church, or with family, but aside from those instances. There is always something playing in the background. I just cannot live with silence because I cannot focus without constant auditory and visual stimulus. How do I manage to get everything done ahead of or on time it is because it motivates me to do my task in that way, having constant auditory and visual stimulus keeps my hyperactive brain from wandering. In that way, I become more productive in the long run, that is, having no limits helps me in a way to achieve my goals. It is not about having low self-control, it is about having to live with the constant trouble of hav...

Perfect Student Laptop With My ₱100,000 Budget Plan

With a budget of Php100,000, what would my Ideal personal computer be? I would describe my ideal computer as such: The memory would be around 10 GB DDR4 RAM - 16 GB DDR4 RAM, and the storage would be 300-1Tb if possible. processor, I wouldn’t be picky on this as long as it runs smoothly and for a long time, I would be ok with it, same as in the display. I would mostly use it for school, and it doesn’t really need to have a High resolution to read text. I would like to be 16 inches at most, so I can fit it in my bag easily with no effort. This would be a wise investment if I say so myself. It would be a great boon to my time in university, and its convenience and ease of use, I would say, would be my go to Laptop/personal computer for the next 6 Years of my study.

Using Fitness Websites to Stay Healthy During Lockdown

Coming from my personal experience, yes, it can help. Way back 4 years ago, during the COVID-19 lockdowns, my sister and I were getting fat with the inactivity that COVID brought. Then we researched any fast, easy, and effective fitness guides we could find. That search turned up Chloe Ting, a fitness influencer from Australia. We followed her workout plans, and they actually worked. After a few months, we managed to stay fit. I can say that fitness websites work, and they can guide you in your health journey.   Since my sister was a med-student back then, she said only to follow the work out itself, but not the food supplements or the things they are selling. Those might need to be approved by the FDA first, so we didn’t buy anything. Yes, you should get advice from a doctor or a medical professional before consuming their products.

Essential Software for Students

Spreadsheet software. Are one of the most important because it helps people organize, calculate, and analyze data easily. These software include Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and LibreOffice Calc. As a student, I would say that this has greatly helped me in my studies, especially when I’m doing my research. Also, one more thing about Excel it is very useful for business owners to keep track of their finances. Multimedia software, on the other hand, this software offers a wide range of applications, creating presentations using text, images, audio, and videos example of this is Microsoft PowerPoint. Editing photos and graphics for design, advertisements, and digital art using Adobe Photoshop. Video editing and movie production for films, YouTube videos, and projects are done in Adobe Premiere Pro. And finally Web browsers. These are my go-to software because I do a lot of functions using them, from entertainment, study, and communications, all around, they are very v...
